High strength elevator spare parts elevator guide rail brackets

Short Description:

Elevator guide rail brackets are a group of elevator spare parts consisting of the bracket body, fixing bolt holes and guide rail fixing parts. They are important components in the elevator guide rail system. They are mainly used to fix and support the elevator car guide rails and counterweight guide rails to ensure that the guide rails maintain a stable position and correct verticality during the operation of the elevator.

How to choose the right elevator main rail bracket?

Generally consider the elevator type and purpose
Passenger elevator:
Residential passenger elevators generally have a load capacity of 400-1000 kg and a relatively slow speed (usually 1-2 m/s). In this case, the vertical load capacity of the main rail bracket is about 3000-8000 kg to meet the basic requirements. Since passengers have high requirements for comfort, the accuracy requirements of the bracket are also high. It is necessary to ensure the verticality and flatness of the guide rail after installation to reduce the shaking of the car during operation.

Commercial building passenger elevator:
High-speed operation (speed can reach 2-8 m/s), the load capacity may be around 1000-2000 kg. The vertical load capacity of its main rail bracket needs to reach more than 10,000 kg, and the structural design of the bracket should take into account the stability and vibration resistance during high-speed operation. For example, use stronger materials and more reasonable shapes to prevent the guide rail from deforming at high speed.

Freight elevators:
Small freight elevators may have a load capacity of 500-2000 kg and are mainly used for transporting goods between floors. The main rail bracket needs to have a strong load-bearing capacity, with a vertical load capacity of at least 5000-10000 kg. At the same time, since cargo loading and unloading may cause a large impact on the car, the material and structure of the bracket must be able to withstand this impact to avoid damage.

Large freight elevators:
The weight can reach several tons, and the vertical load capacity of the main rail bracket is required to be higher, which may require more than 20,000 kg. In addition, the size of the bracket will also be larger to provide sufficient support area.

Medical elevators:
Medical elevators have extremely high requirements for stability and safety. Because the elevator has to transport beds and medical equipment, the load capacity is generally around 1600-2000 kg. In addition to having sufficient load-bearing capacity (vertical load-bearing capacity 10,000 - 15,000 kg), the main rail bracket also needs to ensure high installation accuracy of the guide rail to ensure that the car will not shake violently during operation and provide a stable environment for the transportation of patients and medical equipment.

There are also some other options:
For example, according to the conditions of the elevator shaft, the size and shape of the shaft, the material of the shaft wall, the installation environment of the shaft, the reference to the elevator guide rail specifications, and the convenience of installation and maintenance to select a suitable bracket.
