Common materials for DIN series fasteners
DIN series fasteners are not limited to stainless steel, they can be made from a variety of metal materials. Common manufacturing materials for DIN series fasteners include:
Stainless steel
Suitable for applications where corrosion resistance is required, such as outdoor equipment, chemical equipment, and food processing industries. Common models are 304 and 316 stainless steel.
Carbon steel
Carbon steel fasteners have high strength and relatively low cost, and are suitable for applications such as machinery and construction where corrosion resistance is not required. Carbon steel of different strength grades can be selected according to specific applications.
Alloy steel
Used in applications requiring higher strength and wear resistance, in high-stress mechanical connections, it is usually heat treated to increase its strength.
Brass and copper alloys
Because brass and copper alloys have good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, fasteners made from them are more common in electrical equipment or decorative applications. The disadvantage is lower strength.
Galvanized steel
Carbon steel is galvanized to increase its corrosion resistance, which is a common choice and is particularly suitable for use outdoors and in humid environments.
What are your transportation methods?
We offer the following transportation methods for you to choose from:
Sea transportation
Suitable for bulk goods and long-distance transportation, with low cost and long transportation time.
Air transportation
Suitable for small goods with high timeliness requirements, fast speed, but relatively high cost.
Land transportation
Mostly used for trade between neighboring countries, suitable for medium and short-distance transportation.
Rail transportation
Commonly used for transportation between China and Europe, with time and cost between sea transportation and air transportation.
Express delivery
Suitable for small urgent goods, with high cost, but fast delivery speed and convenient door-to-door delivery.
Which transportation method you choose depends on your cargo type, timeliness requirements and cost budget.
